Description
This postoperative nasal former improves the shape and symmetry of the nostrils following surgery. It is suitable for:
• Functional and cosmetic rhinoplasties involving modifications to the nasal tip. Essential when using alar support grafts, or margin grafts, helping to prevent deformities during scar formation. It is also recommended for use when nostril size is adjusted through unilateral or bilateral alar base resections (alotomies).
• Complex cases such as secondary rhinoplasties involving complete nasal tip reconstruction. With continued use throughout the healing process it greatly reduces the risk of graft misalignment.
• Patients undergoing combined cleft lip and rhinoseptoplasty procedures.
